MBS has achieved certifications in ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System with scope of design, manufacture, and supply of pre-engineered steel buildings and polyurethane sandwich panel claddings.
MBS structural steel components are in compliance with ISO 3834-2:2021 for Welding Facility Management systems with comprehensive quality requirements (high-level quality requirements), qualifying Memaar Building Systems to Design, Manufacture and Supply of Pre Engineered Steel Building Structures and Structural Steel components under comprehensive quality level of Execution Class 4, which is in compliance to European Construction Product Regulation (EU CPR) 305/2011 and allow MBS to affix the CE mark on MBS products.
In addition to that ISO-3834 standard internationally recognized by America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand fabricator certification schemes.
MBS structural steel components are in compliance with EN1090-1, qualifying Memaar Building Systems to design, manufacture and supply of pre-engineered steel building structures and structural steel components under comprehensive quality level of Execution Class 4, which is in compliance to European Construction Product Regulation (EU CPR) 305/2011 and allow MBS to affix the CE mark on MBS products.
In accordance with UKAS accreditation to ISO 17065 Certification, MBS is certified for “Ecosafe E Plus Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Sandwich Panel” and complies with Product Certification Scheme SD03 Exterior Wall Assemblies, Cladding, Curtain Walls, Building Materials, Products, and Assemblies. MBS is also certified in accordance with EN 13501-1 and EN 13501-5 (for fire classification of construction products and building elements), as well as NFPA 285 for its PIR Sandwich Panels.
MBS is approved by Sharjah Civil Defense for its factory made Ecosafe E Plus Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Sandwich Panel 50 mm for wall application and 50 mm to 75 mm for roof application.
MBS sandwich panel products are in compliance of EN 14509:2013, qualifying Memaar Building Systems to produce and supply of Self-Supporting, Double skin metal faced PIR insulating sandwich panels in compliance to European Construction Product Regulation (EU) 305/2011 and affix the CE mark on MBS products.
MBS has been awarded the “Certificate of Product Conformity” in accordance with BS EN 13165:2012 + A2:2016 for “thermal insulation products for buildings” from the Dubai Central Laboratory Department for its factory made rigid polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) sandwich panels.
