In over 25 years of career, Faisal has built up a solid professional track record at premier corporate entities in emerging markets, delivering across borders with the proven ability to develop strategic, transformational approaches and follow through to implementation in sectors as diverse as pre-engineered steel engineering and fabrication, construction, FMCG, automotive, tobacco, petrochemical, and insurance.
Before joining EII CAPITAL, he held various positions such as Group CFO at a regional manufacturing and contracting conglomerate and Acting President of Mabani Steel.
Faisal holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
ENGINEERING & STRUCTURAL STEEL DIRECTOR
Sattiya has over 30 years of designing and estimating experience in the field of structural engineering projects such as structural buildings, industrial plants, warehouses, and complex projects. He worked in companies in India, Saudi Arabia and UAE in different experiences include structural analysis and design, detailing, checking, estimating and supervision.
Sattiya contributed in developing performance driven culture that ensures accountability and personal responsibility, lead, develop, coach and motivate a large group of engineering.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Meet joined EII CAPITAL PSC in 2018 as Financial Controller and was later deputed as Chief Financial Officer at Memaar Building Systems.
His working experience of more than 16 years spreads across auditing, accounting, corporate management reporting, financial reporting, compliance and treasury functions including large size fund raising & working capital management.
Meet has also worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in India, Ernst & Young and a local large conglomerate in Dubai.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Behrouz has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing of cold form sections, cladding and sandwich panels, and over 10 years of experience in manufacturing of pre-engineered steel buildings & hot-rolled structural components.
His expertise in production management, planning, cost analysis, cost saving & development of new production processes has significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced overhead costs, positioning the company for sustainable growth and competitiveness in the market.
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
In over 25 years of experience in Production and Quality, Satya handled projects of major international clients such as Saudi Aramco, Technip Italy P.A, Qatar Petroleum, Parsons, and MHI.
Satya is an IRCA certified – Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Satya is American Welding Society–Senior Certified Welding Inspector and ASNT Level II – UT, PT, MT, and RT.
CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE DIRECTOR
George has over 30 years of experience in all types of steel industries, such as hot-rolled steel projects, PEB, steel equipment, pressure vessels and pipe lines.
For over 15 years he has been involved in technical & project management, including on-sites erection activities.
He worked in leading multi-national companies in the PEB industry.
DIRECTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Ahmed has over 26 years of leadership experience in construction of various steel structures, such as pre-engineered steel buildings, conventional steel buildings, hot-rolled structures, towers.
He handled projects across Middle East, Africa, South Asia and were involved in contract management, contractor oversight, construction administration, construction technique establishing and product enhancement.
Executed industrial and commercial projects for major clients such as Mubadala, DWC, Abu Dhabi Ports, Aramco, Adnoc, Dewa, Emal, Coca Cola, Al Gharbia, Air Liquide.
